Trading Disclaimer

The 61.8 signal scanner identifies Fibonacci 61.8% retracement setups across 15 instruments (ETFs and crypto) using publicly available market data. Signals are derived from objective mathematical conditions on price action — they are not predictions, recommendations, or guarantees of profitable outcomes.

Past performance is not predictive of future performance. Backtest results published on this site reflect historical algorithm behavior over specific time windows. Market conditions change; algorithmic edge can decay; what worked over the past 60 days may not work over the next 60 days. Treat all performance numbers as descriptive, not prescriptive.

61.8 Signals does not hold securities licenses, is not a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), and is not a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA). If you need advice tailored to your financial situation, consult a licensed professional.

Risk Warning

Trading carries risk of partial or total loss of capital. Specifically:

• Leveraged products (futures, CFDs, perpetual swaps) can lose more than your initial deposit.
• Cryptocurrency trading is unregulated in most jurisdictions and subject to extreme volatility, exchange counterparty risk, smart-contract risk, and total loss.
• Equity ETFs can gap through stop-loss orders on market open, especially after news or earnings.
• Algorithm signals can fail. A "valid" setup per our rules may produce a losing trade. The backtest's stated win rate is the expected fraction — losing streaks within that average are normal and unavoidable.
• Never risk capital you cannot afford to lose. Industry standard is to risk ≤ 1% of account equity per trade.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Telegram chat ID — when you link your Telegram account to receive signals, we store your chat ID in our database so the bot can message you.
• Server logs — Cloudflare automatically logs IP addresses, user-agent strings, and request timestamps for the standard 30 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
• No personal financial information — we never request or store account balances, broker credentials, or trade execution data.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your data with third parties.
• We don't run advertising or behavioral tracking.
• We don't use analytics that profile individual users beyond aggregated visitor counts.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your Telegram chat ID and any associated data at any time by emailing admin@basecampindustries.com. Deletion typically completes within 7 days.

Terms of Service

Acceptable use

By accessing 61.8 Signals (web dashboard or Telegram bot), you agree:

• Not to redistribute or resell signals as your own product.
• Not to attempt to overload, scrape at high volume, or otherwise abuse our infrastructure.
• Not to use the service from jurisdictions where it is prohibited.
• To use the service at your own risk, with the understanding that signals are informational only.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantee. The scanner runs on Cloudflare Workers and is subject to Cloudflare platform outages, Yahoo Finance API outages, and our own deployment issues. Signal delivery during such outages may be delayed or missed entirely.

Changes to the service

We may modify the signal algorithm, the watched instrument list, the Telegram message format, the chart display, the pricing structure, or other aspects of the service with reasonable notice. Material changes that affect existing paid subscribers will be announced via the Telegram bot at least 7 days in advance.

Refunds & Cancellation

Paid subscriptions (currently $25 USD/week) bill weekly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future weekly billing at the next anniversary day. There are no partial refunds for weeks already paid.

If the service experiences a sustained outage (more than 72 consecutive hours of signal failure across all instruments), affected paid subscribers may request a one-week credit applied to the next billing cycle. Contact admin@basecampindustries.com.

Jurisdiction

61.8 Signals is operated by Base Camp Industries LLC. The compensation plan for the (currently inactive) Affiliate Program is structured as a smart contract on the Avalanche C-Chain and is offered to non-US persons only. The signal alert service itself is available globally except in jurisdictions where the underlying instruments (crypto) are restricted or where the service requires registration that has not been completed.

It is your responsibility to ensure that using 61.8 Signals complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
